• Exchange only allowed for defective products within 14 days from the shipping date accompanied with the invoice. - Exchange must be in its original packaging and must be new. No returns on any opened, used, or presold items.
  
• You MUST CALL and get an RMA # BEFORE returning any merchandise. Packages returned w/o an RMA # will be refused or a 25% restocking fee will be applied. - Please return items with a copy of the original receipt and instructions for credit or replacements.
