Do I need a Wholesale License to make a purchase?
If we ship to a Texas address you will need a Texas resell license. You must fax us a copy of your certificate to:1-512-597-0200. Current laws do not require us to charge sales tax on out of state shipments. Therefore we do not need an out of state sales tax permit to be kept on file.
Minimum order amounts:
There is a $50.00 minimum for all USA orders.
There is a $150.00 minimum for all International orders and non-Continental US customers.
This is not including the cost for shipping. Shipping options are listed on the bottom of our check out page. Shipping charges will be adjusted higher to all Non-Continental US shipments
What are the procedures after I have placed my order:
1.) When we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If you don't receive a confirmation email then your order process wasn't completed.
2.) You will then receive a second email from us once the order is shipped. This will have a UPS tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
How long before I receive my merchandise?
We try to ship same day the order is received. If not then usually the next day. We only ship via UPS except on over seas orders then we us U.S. Postal service. Orders shipped to Texas addresses will usually be delivered in 1 or 2 days. Orders shipped outside of Texas could take 3-4 days. UPS does not ship on the weekends. How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge you by the actual purchase amount:
Up to $150 - UPS ground $9.95, 2nd day $24.95
$151 to $300 UPS ground $12.95, 2nd day $34.95
$301 to $500 UPS ground $14.95, 2nd day $49.95
Over $500 UPS ground Free, 2nd day $59.95
PLEASE NOTE: Flipflops are not included in our predetermined shipping charges. Cases of flipflops will be subject to additional shipping charges and added to the customer invoice. We estimate $5 to $17 per case depending on where you are located.
What are the available shipping methods?

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, There is a $150 minimum order for international shipments. The customer is also responsible for the higher shipping charges.
Can I fax in my order?
We prefer all orders to be submitted via the internet. Our site is completely secure and internet orders are much easier and faster for us to process. If necessary you can also, e-mail or fax your order in. Fax in orders to 1-512-597-0200.
CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please make sure to enter your exact billing-mailing address (first, and last name, middle initial, billing address, and credit card number and expiration date) as it appears on your credit card statement.
”OUT OF STOCK” items. When will it be available again?
Depending on the item it could be from a few days to a few weeks.
Item substitutes? Backordered items?
We DO NOT back order items. When an item is back in stock it will be placed in our new arrival section.
We DO NOT make substitutes unless we first notify the customer for approval.
I'm trying to place an order, but it won't go through.
Most problems arise when customers enter the incorrect billing information. The BILLING info MUST be the EXACT mailing address to which the credit card bill comes to.
If not, the order will not be approved and you will receive a processing error.
Make sure the subtotal is at least $50.00.

We will need your customer number and your order number as a reference.
You have 14 days from the shipping date to return Wrong or Broken items.
Non-broken items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return postage charges.
Items that are priced and/or outside of their original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
We do not do exchanges. Once we receive your items we will then credit your credit card for the amount due.
Please place a copy of your invoice in the box and note the items being returned. This helps to expedite the process and eliminate mistakes.
